The simple answer is no. The x5 rom never went past 2003, not even second edition. It would take some enterprising hackers quite a bit of time to adapt WM6 for the X5.

I am wondering if there is a way to upgrade WM5 or 2003 se. Any chance ??

Welcome to the site, the architecture of the x5, does not allow for further upgrades as far as I know. I have not found a way to go further than 2003. It still works very well where it's at!
