Anyone Using Easy Sync?

I found it on handango and down'ed a free trial; haven't used it yet.

Do I run it INSTEAD of activesync now? Or do I need to run both always? Should I be able to sync microsoft money also with it? That's the main thing other than files that I care about syncing.
