Axim X5 Parts
Does anyone know where I can find a replacement spare battery cover for my Axim X5? Is there any way to get replacement rubber grips that go over the screws? Thanks.

Thanks for the site. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that they have repair parts of the nature I am looking for.

I'm not sure if you can purchase the rubber grips made just for the X5 (probably with the right research you could) but you can use a variety of other things to accomplish the same thing. Do you have access to a hot glue gun? If so, one drip on each corner would make a soft rubber grip that could be easily removed if need be. You can also buy sticky rubber grips at the hardware store that are used for placing under objects that sit on wooden surfaces to protect the wood. Use your imagination and the rubber grips will be easy and cheap to find.

Good idea on the rubber grips and hot glue. I will give it a try. As for the battery cover, I used the wrong terminology. I am looking for a replacement cover for the back up battery, not the spare battery. Any thoughts where I can find one?

Sorry, I used the wrong terminology. I am searching for a replacement cover for the back up battery, not the spare battery. Sorry about the miscommunication.

I can't find anything on the cover though, I googled many variations of Axim x5, backup battery cover!
