Axim X5 upgrade to 2003 problems

Hello

I've upgraded my Axim X5 to 2003 and everything looked fine during upgrade process. When upgrade process was finished PDA started normally with dell logo splash screen and after that it freezes (screen gets covered with patterns over dell logo) ???

Is there any way to downgrade the firmware (I backed it up before upgrade) ?
Problem is that nothing is working now!

Try a soft reset first, if that does'nt free up your system then go for a hard reset. A hard reset will mean that you have to reinstall all of your third party software and anything that you have already installed, [ a rom upgrade usually involves a hard reset but if you ax has frozen after the process sometimes a soft reset will take you to the next step of the upgrade process, you have indicated that you had backed up before upgrade, so if it comes to a hard reset you can restore.]
