I got an Axim 5.0 from one of my students. I did a hard reset and installed active sync 4.1 I can sync everytime I start it but my contacts and calendar won't show up even though I've checked that as options for active sync. Help?
1. Check that you're using the latest ROM version. A06 for X51/X51v and A05 for X50/X50v
2. Try ActiveSync 4.2 beta
3. Use Outlook 2000 or newer with a configured profile
Can you explore the device through your My Computer? Do you get any errors when you try to sync? Check your ActiveSync log in c:\documents and settings\%username%\local settings\temp\wceslog.log.
