Has anyone else in here had problems with the rubber feet falling off? Mine have fallen off several times---and now one of them is missing. Usually I store it in the leather case, so I'd imagine devices not stored in a carrying case are even more prone to missing feet.
I haven't had any luck submitting online support requests (no option for an incident type... so returns an error can't submit) and their telephone support says they can't replace feet. Unfortunately, they don't sell replacement feet, either.
Has anyone had more success either getting them replaced or finding replacement feet? If so, I'd love to get the details!
