CompactFlash for Axim X5

I have bought a Dane-Elect 128MB CompactFlash for my Axim X5. I haven't opened it yet as I saw on some reviews for the X5 that it takes type II cards. Nothing is said about the type on the package of the new card, but after checking on the Dane-Elect site it shows that these cards are type I.

What is the difference between the two?

Will a type I work on the X5?

I got an answer from Dane-Elect. For those interested:

CompactFlash type I is a simple memory card.

CompactFlash type II is a Microdrive, it has a mini hard disc, it is more efficient but slower than type I and uses more energy as well because of the mechanical components in it.
