Installing things to the Memory Card

I've been getting me some games, and from what I understand, games are something that you should install to the memory card instead of the main storage. Now, how do I do that? Because when I install a game from ActiveSync it just gives me a Yes or No choice when it comes to the final install from ActiveSync. I never get to choose where to put it.

Oh wait, I just have to choose No, hehe, and then it gives me the option of saving elsewhere. Sorry.

While I'm at it though, does installing to the memory card affect the games in a negative way rather than to installing them to the main storage?

Yes it does affect the game, once you pull the memory card out, Guess what ..The game no longer works, Heh, Heh..
