Thinking of selling Axim x5

I have been lusting for an x51v for a while now, and just recently heard that Dell is going to have a sale starting this Friday. i have an x5 that has served me well but... anyway I am thinking of "selling" my x5 to my son to help defray cost. It is the 400Mhz, upgraded to A05,with a Dell foldable keyboard, aluminum Rhinoskin case, and the standard sync/charging cradle. It is in excellent shape, without any scratches on screen(used screen protectors from day 1),or any other cosmetic damge. So, does anyone have any suggestions as to what would be reasonable to ask him to pay? I would give it to him if I could but it's going to be hard enough to justify this to my wife as it is. If I can reduce "out of pocket" cost I may get less grief. Thanx for any input.

I occassionally "trade" in x5's which I buy and then supply to friends for GPS use.

Based on what I am normally paying, I would normally expect to pay arround the following amounts for such a setup

Euro 110- 145
GBP 75 - 95
$ 90 - 120

I quote all three main currencies as I do not know where you are ( I am in Holland)

For example, I am just about to purchase an x5- 400Mhz ( A05) with cradle, charger, books,CD + CF WiFi and 256MB SD card - Collected for Euro 115.

Supposed to be in good condition and with little wear.
