Dell Keyboard won't work

Hi, I have just bought a dell keyboard to go with my axim x5 but it won't work. Was I supposed to get some software or driver? If so what can I do...where can I go to find this so I can get it to work?

Is it a Dell ??. If so , you can download the driver from Dell.com. Make sure you know what OS you have on your PDA and download the correct one.
