One of the rubber feet fell off my x5 so, having located the part number (2Y350), I emailled technical support to ask about getting replacements.

The Axim is well outside its warantee

I received a responce and more to the point a set of 3 replacements next day and at zero cost.

Dell are not always as bad as we think.
