Help! Default reminder sound keeps returning!

Hi,

I'm running Pocket Informant 5 on my PPC 2002 Axim. I've set the reminder sound to a Big_Ben.wav (which I find much more pleasant than the annoying pring-pring-PRING of the default reminder [alarm4.wav I believe]) but half of my appointments sound off with the escalating alarm4 sound while half use the Big Ben.wav.

I've checked and rechecked the sound to use for a reminder. After resets I always check that Big Ben is selected, but for some reason my Axim chooses to play the default reminder sound (which is in ROM so I can't delete it or rename it).

Please, can anyone help me to force it to always use the Big Ben.wav?
