I followed Dell's web site instruction on performing a hard reset on my X5. When I got the screen that ask to hit 'contacts' to continue or 'email' to cancel, I hit the contacts button to continue. after that the X5 went to the dell intro blue screen and hangs there forever. I can not get passed this at all. I talked to dell and they were not able to help me - Plus I am 2 months passed warranty and they want me to pay $159 for a replacement or $200 to extend my warranty. That is nuts. How can I get a new image on here, if that is what it needs. Any help would be great. How would I load a new image in this without being able to connect to a PC. Is there a tool out there for this?
