When my Axim is in the cradle and not syncing the screen stays on. I hit the power button on my Axim and seconds later it turns back on. Why does it do this? Can i stop it?
Thanks

Is it turning back on seconds later or about every five minutes?

Ok folks do this ...
Remove the Device from the cradle.
Click Start > ActiveSync > Tools (lower left) > Options > Schedule Tab
Uncheck both
"When connected to my PC, synchronized with the server every:"
"When not connected to my PC, synchornized with the server every:"

Tried a soft reset yet? The light is on by default when connected to external power and can be turned off manualy or by selection. Maybe some alarm or program turning it on? Try the reset first though. I have tried to make mine do what you described and cannot get it to do it.
