Pocket PC 2003 & Bluetooth

I received yesterday my new dell axim with pocketpc 2003 (after a switch off my old axium X5 of Dell). Now I can't synchronise my Axim not anymore with my notebook via bluetooth. The old version (2002) I had an option to configure on my axim that my laptop (in the bluetooth manager) is an active sync partner.
Now I can't find this option anymore.

I synchronised my notebook already via the cradle but still the Axim can't find it anymore as an active sync partner via bluetooth. (I created already a bond with my new axim and my noteboo).

Is this option hidden somewhere that I didn't find it anymore or do I do something wrong?

I'm not an expert, but I beleive your problem may be your bluetooth card. If you orderd it from dell, the CF one as shown below, you'll notice on their website that it only works with PPC OS before 2003. The 2002 is the last it was compatible with...check it out for urself on dell's axim accessory page.proof of what I'm saying.

I've the Dell True Mobile 300 bluetooth card. I installed also the update for ppc 2003 (as on the site of Dell) before I installed the card in the ppc.

The strange thing is that everything worked fine with ppc 2002. The blue tooth manager is changed and there are lesser options or I didn't find them.

go take a look at the tread on the Dell forum if you want to see the mess that Dell have got themselves into over the incompatability between PPC2003 and their Truemobile 300 CF card. I bought one with my Axim X5 expecting it to do what their adverts said but it doesn't and a subsequent call to Dell support confirms that the card has only limited features under ppc2003 - Dial-up-networking is about it.
The Dell Forum does have a work-around but you shouldn't have to do this sort of thing. Dell have gone quiet on this matter.

Belkin has just send me the drivers for the WM2003 & per them it works for the F8t020 bluettoth cf card. I had been reading forums to find the drivers & finally got it today from Belkin.I have not tried it out yet but hoping that it works.If it works for anyone pl do reply.
