Very very ODD Sound and TouchScreen Specific issue

Hello, first of all, this is my second axim, the previous one had the High-pitch problem.

I got this replacement yesterday and I have the following very annoying issue: when any kind of sound is being played on the axim ( both with ppc2002 and WM2003 ), it wont respond to any tapping on the touchscreen. The buttons are working, but the touchscreen wont work untill the sound stops.

Have you met with this on your axim / know about any fix/patch? Think I should go back and get another replacement?

Try this:

Go to the start button and tap on settings. Tap on the system tab then on the Power applet. Go to the Processor Tab. Make sure that you have NORMAL selected. This will make sure that you are full throttle on the processor.
