First, in ActiveSync, make sure that you are syncing Files.
Next, if you are creating your Excel documents on your PC, make sure that you save them in the "PDA My Documents" folder that was created by ActiveSync in your PC's My Documents folder. Any file that you put in here will actively sync with your Pocket PC.
If you are creating your Excel documents on your Pocket PC, make sure you put them into one of the folders in the My Documents section of your Pocket PC. This will sync them to the "PDA My Documents" on your PC
