Time Sync

My clock settings would alwyas change when I sync with my desktop computer..but the funny thing is that my Axim's clock and the desktop clock are the same....

What go you mean by clock 'settings'? Do you mean the time or something else?

And the time sync operation is by design. If you want to turn that off, that can be done in ActiveSync settings. Go to Tools -> Options and on Sync Options tab turn off the "Synchronize mobile device clock upon connection."
