Center Navigator Button Problems

I recently installed the navigator button driver to fix the responsiveness. I then began to experience problems when trying to turn the device on. I'd press the power button and nothing would happen. The only way I could get the device to turn on was a soft reset after pressing the power button. After performing a hard reset, everything seemed to work fine. I restored my data and lo and behold the same problem again. So then I started deleting programs and I came to find out the Dell navigator button fix was causing the problem.

Long story short (for those with short attention spans): Dell navigator button driver causes my system to not turn on properly. What Do I DO? :wacko:

1. which ROM did you install A03?

I installed A05 over A04 i believe.

So you are running WM2003 then?

That should not be a problem. If it is then you need to send your axim back to dell.

(your axim should be reletivly new since you have ROM A04)

Yes i am running '03

But how do i fix my d-pad problems without sending it back to dell?
I guess I'll just have to live with the mushy controls.

The Nav. patch you installed may be only for PPC 2002. Did you get it off of Dell's website under support and downloads? It may not be compatible with WM 2003.

yeah, I got it off the Dell website, I just figured it would be for WM2003
