Contacts Display Entire Name

Ok i am baffled. I have my contacts displaying the company name of the person and then the persons name
example: Georgia-Pacific (Name)
When it displays on the PDA it shows:
Georgia-Pacifi...and then the phone number
I have may have many contacts at this same company and have to click on every one to get to the correct person beacuse the name is cut off. I do not have to see the phone number on the main directory. I would prefer to see the persons name behind the company name. ANY help would be much appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!

Go into options under contacts on your axim. Then make sure that show contact names only box is checked. That should do the trick.

Thanks much!!!...that did do pretty much it. Now i know i may be asking for too much with this one but some of the compaies names are so long that only a couple letters of the persons name is being displayed. Anyway to change the font size here? Thanks do much for the assistance!

I dont think that you can change the font size, but, you can make sure the companie names dont show up at all by checking the box "NAMES ONLY"

I have my contacts filed as: Company Name (Person Name)
There are too many people in there to remember names only. Listing them by company name followed by the persons name allows me to narrow the search. Therefore when i choose the option "Name Only" it removes the phone number and dispalys as much of the company name and individuals name as possible. I sincerely appreciate your time and suggestions!

Not a problem. Now I understand why you have company name in there. I don't think there is a way to go any further w/o a 3rd party program.
