Calendar seems to be stuck on one event. Clicking the OK button does not do anything. Other functions seem to work fine. I get no errors that are visible. HELP!!!

First things first, do a soft reset on your axim and try and delete the event causing the problem. If you can do all of that then we will go from there.

With your Axim in front of you.....turn it on it's side....so that the left side is facing up.

Look below the record button for a dimple in the rubber. Directly above it, it says reset. With your Axim on, press into the Reset dimple with your Stylus....don't press too hard or you could go throug the rubber grip with your stylus.

That is how you do a soft reset.

If you had HandyMenu installed from Dinar Soft, you could also do a Soft Reset right from the menu.

Review of HandyMenu coming soon.

Be VERY, VERY carefull when using your stylus to reset. Don't puncture the rubber grips. It will be more trouble that you want. I just use my finger and it resets just fine.

uh oh........

I think you may be able to get it replaced. You MIGHT have to send your unit to dell. I saw something about this..... I'll check on it and see what they did...
I'll be back.

O.K. ninja here's the scoop. The people who had this problem have not resolved it yet. They did however get dell to ship them a new rubber piece and some glue. I guess when dell shipped the rubber piece to the guy it was the WRONG SIDE. The extreamly funny thing about this is that there is only one side with a soft reset buttong. Anyway, dell is shipping him the correct side and I am assuming he will install it with no problem. You should see if you can get dell to ship you one free of charge. I believe that they are aware of the weakness in the soft reset button and are willing to replace the rubber parts provided your axim is still under waranty. I'll PM you with a link when I get a chance.
