Outlook Folder Snyc

I have had success with snyc'ing my folders in Outlook, however, I am unable to snyc the items under the folders. The help line said that the X5 won't download the items under each folder, only the folder itself. I can't beleive that.

In your ActiveSync, go to Options and click on Inbox. Click on the Settings button.

Make sure that you are not limiting what you are copying.....for instance, Uncheck the box for "Copy messages from the last.......days"

Then rerun the sync routine and your items should be there.
