So how is your reset hole?

My old one Axim which I had sent back has a dip hole in the reset hole which I can reset the Axim with my hands....so how's yours?

I thought I was the only one. My chassis my have actually cracked, as I can reset my Axim with my bare hands, too. Makes it more convenient, as when I try to reset it with my PDA Panache stylus, it feels like I'm going to push the tip all the way into its innards!

I have always used my finger. There is a thread over at ummm (aximsite.com I think) where someone actually punctured the rubber grip. He called dell and they are going to ship him a new one. They said that self installation of the rubber grip would not "void the warranty". I bet they just give him the rubber grip and some glue. Not sure though. :lol: :lol: :lol:

So they can give out rubber grips, but the little rubber feet on the back cannot be replaced????

Back in December, I remember reading about someone's woes. The little rubber feet had fallen out and Dell told them that they could not replace them. How lame is that? :wacko:

REALLY LAME. I wonder why dell wouldnt replace the feet. I swear I read somewhere that dell replaced THOSE too. Sometimes dell is shady, I wonder why.

I have a punctured rubber grip, but I don't think I'd get a new Axim for that. I thought the janky D-Pad was enough, but my first replacement didn't get any better...so I just learned to love it. B)
