This is getting to be VERY annoying. I have my password set to the 4-digit option and right when I'm done putting it in, the whole system will freeze right on the last number. Sometimes I can't even turn it off, but when I can it just turns back on in its frozen state. The only thing I can do is a soft reset which wouldn't bother me if I only had to do it a couple times a week - but a few times a day?!? That's ridiculous! Any insight?

When you put your Axim in suspend mode, do you have make sure that there are not any applications left running?
I guess I'm asking, is there an application that may be interfering with the password program when it comes back from suspend mode?

You could ask Dell, but I would tend to believe that you will not receive much assistance other than, perform a hard-reset and try again.

So I just sit at a small chair near me like an idiot for 30min over the phone! then after 30min he said that I have to remove my coin battery and wait a caouple of min which is 15min of nigtmare . after the problem still is'nt resolve he just simply said....''ok we'll replcae it with a new one'' . what was that all about? I had to wait like 1 1\2 to just like that?v why not just said a couple of 20min or 15min after i call and just said that I had a foulty battery? arggh.... but No! the guy thinks hes smart enough to repair it over the phone.
