Suddenly, one morning, I attempted to synch my AXIM (400/48/64) with Outlook, as I have many times before, and the "searching for changes" resulted in the program giving me two windows before it terminated. Both had to do with the WCESMgr.exe file, and both gave hexadecimal addresses that proved invalid...can anyone help. Do I need to back up everything using the Pocket PC backup and back it up to a 128 Meg CF card...then do a cold boot? Would that not result in having to establish a new account to synch with Active Synch®?
Also...if any of my fellow AXIM users have an idea about how to move and run programs from an SD Card to free up memory in the AXIM. I use MARGI-to-go CF CArd often to plug into a data projector, so it's difficult to use a CF card for storage, and plan to use the SD Card, but now, after reading the posting about SanDisk, I hesitate...<sigh> with trepidation.
The next iteration of the AXIM will hopefully have WiFi with the 802.11c standard capability bulit-in, to allow the simultaneous use of the Wireless Card for Internet access AND the ability to project that on a screen for class! What a great idea for those of us who teach <smile>
Thanks,
