i just wanted to let everybody know that the Axims are selling for $179 and $293 (basic and advanced, respectively) at Dell4me.com. If anyone is considering buying an Axim, I think NOW is the time

I bought my Axim about 2 weeks ago. Do you know if Dell does price guarentee?

i know for sure that Dell will refund the difference. same thing happened to me and they were going to give me the $50 difference but i told them to send me the USB cradle and screen protectors instead.

give them a call asap.

How far back will they go with a price guarantee?

there is a 30 day period within which you can return merchandise. They process refunds if the price drops within 30 days of invoice price. they do not call it a price guarantee ...they just do it out of goodwill to retain customers...also, it makes sense that they offer refunds because you can technically return the product and buy it again at a lower price.

Wow! I paid under $280 ($379 Canadian) for the 400MHz model around Christmas time! I don't know, maybe it was on sale when I got it but you'd think the prices would be lower than that by now...
