Changing themes except for TODAY

The Today screen can be changed by any caind of themes you wan't ,but can Programs,Home ,etx can they change their looks aswell?. The Home menu have the Bubbles theme that DELL gave to us (can it be canged?)

I've tried to change the Home-background. It's a bitmaps in the window-folder (don't remember the filename right now), but It's in ROM, so you cannot replace it :-(

As for changing other colors like backgrounds, borders, buttons, text, etc... try ColorMe from Snoopsoft:

I usually remove bold from menu-text... It looks nicer :-)
