I just download the axim xscale ctrl . I have the 300Mhz axim so what I know is the I can clock it to 400Mhz but it said that Ican clock it to 500Mhz.What I wat to know is that can the 300Mhz be clocked to 500Mhz? :huh:
And I really want to know does it really make the axim go faster than usual speed?
And can the xscale ctrl make the axim broke one of it's component? I really worried about this issue.
Pishposh, I would be very nervous about PUSHING the Axim to run at anything more than what it was designed to run at. These devices are very small, and very special in the way they work.
Personally, I'm an avid overclocker when it comes to PCs and when they are properly cooled (http://www.computerninja.com/images/case). But for the Axim, I'd leave it alone.
Dell will not support nor replace your device if something happens due to overclocking.
No one knows what will be long term effect on overclocking Pocket PCs, so I wouldn't suggest on doing it.

eventough I had tried to overclock my Axim ones...but there is no change I have seen in speed and overall performnece but ......can overcloking you'r Axim reallly makes it faster? becouse i had tried but it no changes tough.
