I have had my Axim since the end of December and I've been using a screen protector to make sure it's in good shape for a long time. I noticed a blue mark on the screen which i thought might have been from the screen protector but when I changed it a few days ago I noticed that it's actually a burn in on the screen and is there whether the unit is on or off. Has anyone else had this problem? I called dell technical support and they said they'd have to send me a new unit! Gotta love dell support eh?
