I just got a sd card today and I have 2 questions:

1, When I install programs to the card they install slower than if i was to install them to the main memory. Is that normal? Read speed is fine tho. Programs load fast from the sd card.

2. How can I get my document folder on my sd card and have ActiveSynch synch my files from the sd card? I want to keep the mail memory totally free to run programs.
