Pulling out my hair!!

I recently purchased an Axim X5 for more memory. Tried to install Money for PPC and had no luck. Money was already installed on my X3, but then it refused to sync Money. I have tried EVERYTHING. Please somebody help me. I have Money 2004 on desktop, which includes Money for PPC 2002. The Axim X3 OS is 2003, not Windows Mobile. *sigh*
