Turn off Backup Battery Notification?

My Dell Axim X3 has a duff backup battery. It's abnormal. I know this. I don't care.

I use my X3 in work simply to carry around to meetings so I don't miss the next one. When it is on my desk, it is connected to keep it in sync with Outlook.

Is there any way to turn off this notification?

I can't find anything in settings so I presume it's a registry setting.

Can anyone help.
