Sync problem

It seems that before my files are completely synced, something disconnects ym device from my pc. Very frustrating any ideas on how to fix this. Thanks in advance.

Hey I see you're online, your question is very vague, what are you trying to sync? Is your ax set to power off after a certain amount of time? What version of AS are you using? Info please

I'm trying to sync my files from my Axim to my PC and the AS is 3.7. Thanks.

Hey, found some stuff, but first are you at the latest rom for your axim? Have you tried upgrading to a newer version of activesync to see if that helps?

There is a thread here that deals with something like what you are talking about. Try the search function at the top of the page "activesync disconnects/active sync disconnects" and there are quite a few references to problems like this, also google the same. HTH

That's awesome, I just researced and from what you told me I fished and it helped, could you tell us how? Please. It will help many

It seemed that once I got all of the files synced with my pc. It took care of the problem with timing out and shutting down.
