Need help with Wifi card selection

I have a Dell Axim X3 with the Intel XScale 300mhz processor withe 32MB RAM and 32MB ROM. I also have an additional memory card in the SD slot. I am looking to purchase a WiFi SD card for my unit. I've seen a couple on Ebay. They are listed below. Any suggestions or ideas on where to get one or which one is best? Also, do they make a Wifi card that doubles as a memory card too so I don't lose the memory? Any help anyone can give will be much appreciated.

Sandisk makes a wifi card with 256 MB of storage.

I checked that one out and saw that it is discontinued at most places with a note on high failure rate.

Any thoughts on other options or a good place to purchase these types of devices?
