I have an x30 that has been in the drawer for several months. When I charge it the backup battery does not charge. Can I change the battery? What are my options?
Shame on you for leaving your X30 in the drawer with no food or human interaction! The backup battery won't charge until the main battery is finished. Make sure your main battery is charged then wait a little longer for the backup to finish. If it doesn't, you can replace the battery but it involves taking the unit apart.
