outlook 2003 contacts incomplete sync

What do I do for the following problem:

Outlook 2003 contact list will not completely sync with axim x30. I get only 3-4 contacts into axim x30. In contrast, I have 50 contacts in Oulook2003.

I have looking at the settings in Active Syn 3.7. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Active Syn.

I am running windows xp with sp1.
