Low memory error

Anyone here having problem with "Low Memory" error message...

My Axim A3i is only 1 day old, so nothing is installed, and I also have a 256 SD card. That said, I'm pretty sure I have plenty of memory left.

It's annoying that everytime I press the "Home" button it gives me that error, and when I hit the "ok", then it will just continue. Of course pressing it again, it doesn't show the error, but once I turn it off and on, and hit the "home" key again, I get the same error.

This happens even when there's only one, or nothing running in the background.

I really beginning to hate this product... >_<

I will admit i've never seen the low memory error when using the home button. But, I will say that i've remapped my home button to show the today screen as opposed to the horrid "home screen" provided by Dell. To do this just go into setting then buttons. I know this is probably not a fix to your problem (i'd call Dell) but at least you know you can remap if you like.

Aaaaah, low memory. I have an X5 300 which means it is much slower then your x3. I believe low memory refers to the RAM like memory used to run your programs. I would recomend allocating more memory to program memory (as opposed to storage memory) in your memory settings and clearing your running programs. I would defienetley recomend some sort of task manager to really close your running programs (for some reason Windows Mobil X buttons only minimize most programs so you need to truly close them)
