Dell's Axim line has long been popular for its combination of advanced features and low prices.
Now, a source familiar with Dell's plans has revealed to Brighthand this company's product roadmap through the end of 2006.
Some of its current handhelds will be around for a long time, while new ones with cutting-edge features are on the horizon.
Axim X30 and X50
Dell's Axim X30 models, which was introduced almost a year ago, will be discontinued in the next month or so.
The Axim X50, though, will be around for more than another year. This is a strong indication that Dell intends to release a Windows Mobile 2005 upgrade for this device.
