Logic Instrument recently released their TETRAPad - a lightweight handheld that can withstand the rough outdoors. It's equipped (standard) with a 4" reflective VGA LCD, 400MHz Intel XScale processor, 64Mb RAM, SD slot, Type II PCMCIA slot, 2 USB ports, and even a serial port. WLAN, GPS, Bluetooth, etc. are all optional.
