Of course, we will select 4 other winners, and each will receive a copy of WebIS Pocket Informant and a game from ClickGamer.

OK, nothing major but here goes:
I plan on taking my Valentine (aka my wife) to a romantic lunch WITHOUT our two kids. Sometimes we just both need a break.

Well, I'm not one to normally broadcast facets of my love life for all to see, but it never stopped Paris Hilton. So here goes:
I plan sending flowers to her office the day before Valentine's Day. That way, it stands out more amongst the typical gallimaufry of floral arrangements that traipse through the office lobby.
Then on V-day, I'll have plans for dinner. The only twist being it gets delivered to the house, again taking away the hectic rush of reserving a table that night. Thoughful, eh?
We have no kids, so that helps. Maybe the dog can sleep outside for once though.

Ummm, you mean on the Thursday before the Friday that all the husbands and boyfriends will be sending flowers to? Isn't V-Day on a Saturday this year?

Flowers delivered to her office so she can brag in front of the other women in her office (makes me look pretty good too...). Properly breathe a couple of bottles of her favorite Zinfandel, fix a nice little meal and then off to the tub surrounded by candles and..well, you know the rest.

Umm, is this where you post actual contest entries, or do I email them somewhere? I emailed the author of the original post.
Sorry, I'm new to this site. But I want to enter the contest! :P

I wrote this cheesy/goofy/funny little poem for Valentine's Day.
- Benjamin Ries, Toronto
JUST THE THREE OF US :inlove:
Rare is the time that a man can take pause
To take stock of his life and the best he's received
Lately however I've had fairly good cause
To smile at the wonders that fate has achieved
The crisp winds of November had brought her to me
I reached out and caught the most beautiful note
For this woman I found is a sweet melody
That skips over my heart and casts fear afloat
So together we've walked, right from the start
Until life showed contempt for our ignorant bliss
Her school, my work - cities apart
Each hour goes by and she's all I can miss
Yet fate is forgiving, or so it would seem
For bitter January had whistled another:
A companion to silence my lonely scream
She is fresh like snow and caring as a mother
What would my girlfriend say? How could I bind
The jealous rage that she'd produce
Towards my new partner? But soon I did find
When they finally met, each the other seduced!
So this, our first Valentine's Day together we'll spend
All three of us happy and fully alive;
Our scandalous grouping I cannot defend
I love them both: the girl and the Axim X5.

As we're blessed with a couple of young kids, but cursed with a dearth of babysitters we'll be staying in for our Valentine's Day "Date". So, within these constraints...
... I'll make sure that she's not woken by the kids on Saturday morning, but rather by a tray consisting of fresh fruit salad, natural yoghurt and a freshly brewed black coffee. After a lie in for an hour or so (whilst I occupy the kids) we'll drive into town where I have arranged an appointment for her to get her hair done. When she's done, we'll have lunch in our favourite cafe (sadly with the kids, but they'll be good... on pain of death ) After a little post-lunch shopping, we'll head back home and let the kids wear themselves out in the garden, then pack them off to bed as early as possible. I'll prepare meal (as yet undecided) and we'll settle down on the sofa for a little TV, with a nice bottle of Chablis, before retiring for an early night.
I can't wait

I will be buying my wife a large Valentine Mylar Balloon and other smaller ones. And weighing it down with a package of her favorite chocolates.
