Linksys WCF12 PPC2003 Driver

For all those people who've been waiting for a PocketPC 2003 driver for the Linksys WCF12 WiFi Card: I've realized a new version has been posted on the Linksys support site. You can find the link to their driver, version 1.1, in the Axim Users Dot Com Downloads section.

Has anyone gotten this to work successfully. I have replaced my linksys with a dell since it took so long to get the driver. However now I am curious to see if they actually fixed the driver. (I would like to give my linksys to a friend). Thanks in advance

I would love to know, as well. I didn't bring my WiFi card to work, and when I installed the driver, it didn't install anything onto my Axim X5.

I just upgraded my PDA yesterday, and I downloaded the new linksys driver today.

It worked flawlessly. This driver isn't bloated like the 02 version was. It runs like a driver should. I removed the CF card, and replaced it and it immediately found my wireless network, I clicked connect, put in my WEP key, and I was surfing. It was that easy.

Oh, and Ninja, remove your current drivers (if you haven't already) then install this new one. Go into your network adapters and you will see that it is installed. It doesn't look like it installs anything, but it does. There is no wireless configuration utility or anything, no icons, it's just a driver.

Alrighty just ordered the wcf12 for my x5 wm2003.
What is the procedure with that driver dl?
Do I install the ones that come w/ the card first or go right to those?
