Resco just released Resco Explorer 2003 for PocketPC v4.10

NEW FEATURES:
- Send To enhancement - sending files from desktop to device
- Encryption
A. changes in settings dialog (Filtering PocketPC supported providers)
B. desktop shell extensions supported also under Win98/ME
C. desktop shell extensions supports all national characters under WinNT/2k/XP
(Unicode version)
- automatic and manual IP subnets selection for network
- ZIP supports national characters
- Find Files supports advanced search (by date, size or attributes)
- Viewer supports national characters
- Viewer supports word-wrapping mode
- System info is accessible from "Programs"

CORRECTED BUGS:
- Rename function was not accessible when some non-standard input methods were
active (e.g. Calligrapher)
- Encryption had a bug which appeared only on MIPS processors (e.g. Casio E-155)
- System info - tapping on battery showed Audio settings applet instead of Power
applet on iPaq 3900
- Desktop encryption was not uninstalable
- Desktop encryption was not running under Win98/ME
- Bug opening file properties on SH3 processors (HP Jornada)
- Refresh function did not refresh the lower half (the list)

Apparently they don't have the actual version number listed in "About"
