Well, here goes.

Recently got a new family pet (been without for a few months which is a strange feeling when you've had pets around for your entire life) and this little guy managed to stay still long enough for this shot (though how he found that precarious position comfortable is beyond me).

I lived in Flagstaff for a few years and used to hike the Grand Canyon a lot. Not the greatest pic, doing the Canyon justice is to hard for a non-photographer like me. I like it though.

Hi Everyone!

This is my first post. I'd like to participate in the contest, but I'm not sure how to add a picture to the post. I think File Attachment will do it. I hope it works. If not, can someone tell me how to do it? Gosh. This is like driving a car for the first time. :cry:

Anyway, if the picture loads, it is a picture of Rabbit Island here in Oahu, Hawaii. The island is shaped like a rabbit. When I was younger, I always thought the island was home to rabbits. Silly me! :lol:

This is a picture of beauftiful lake in the way of Jungfrau in Switzerland. Jungfrau is called roof of the Europe and view from the top is just marvelous. A place not to miss in any case if you visit Switzerland.
