Well, the big day has finally arrived. Microsoft has officially announced Pocket PC 2003, which it's renamed Windows Mobile 2003 for Pocket PC. It's the third major release of the platform, which debuted in April 2000 and was last updated in October 2001, and Microsoft claims it's the best performing and most stable version yet.
