X50V Battery drains too fast

I recently upgraded my X50V OS to Windows Mobile Version 5.0. I noticed that the battery seems to drain a lot faster than the old OS (Mobile 2003 2nd edition). Even if it's not used, the full battery would be almost empty over one weekend. Just wonder if anybody has experienced the same thing. Are there some settings which I should do to optimize the battery usage?

You must perform the Exchange hack to keep Activesync from sucking your battery dry.

Thanks for your quick reply. The symptoms described at the suggested Exchange hack match well with the behavior of my Axim, so I went ahead implementing the fix. Hope the problem will go away... Also hope it would also fix another problem when the Axim is in the craddle and connected to PC via USB, it keeps turning on every few minutes. Once again, many thanks...
