:angry: I am in the middle of an unbelievable nightmare dealing with Dell's Axim Tech support.
I have wasted more than 5 hours in the last 3 days, including countless Cell minutes on hold and being punted from dept to dept.
The whole detailed story would take me 2 hours to type out in this forum.
Does anyone know a contact that can actually accomplish something. Or find a specific person in a certain department in a certain city without knowing his last name or badge# (wouldn't give it... now i know why)
