So, you have two partnerships, one at home and one at work. The one at home you have inbox unchecked in options? I would think that you would be good to go with that configuration. However, as with all active sync installs, sometimes a refresh is just needed to my first suggestions (and one that Dell would probably have you do) is to delete the partnerships with both PC's and recreate them. This time though (if you didn't do it before) i'd do the work PC first. See if that helps.
