All in One for the car? (Holder plus...)

My goal is to connect up my X51V in the car.

I would like to get a holder with as many built in features as possible.

Here is the wish list.

Holds the X51v (duh, no kidding)

Charges and lets me use at the same time

VGA out for an external LCD monitor

Built in Audio Amplifier w/speaker and a jack for exteranl speaker or FM transmitter
to listen on car radio.

USB for sync with a laptop, (just in case I need to install a program)


Is there such a device?

You can find some info on using a TFT LCD in a car on this thread. For the Axim mount, try a search for "powered PDA mount" on Google. There are dozens available. To send audio to your car stereo, you'll need an FM transmitter with a phono plug, these are commonly available for mp3 players but will work on the Axim. For USB sync, a simple charge/sync cable will do.

To find a car holder with all of the options you ask for will be impossible.

One less option to worry about is the installation of programs. As you have an X51, you have bluetooth built in so you could always sync and install using this option.

However I agree with Mahstah, a USB sync cable is also a good solution

Can anyone reccommend a good Car power supply for the X51V.
I want to be able to use the X51V with this supply even if the battery
is dead. So it must charge and be able to use it at the same time.
