Opinions/reviews on custom stylus for Axim

Hi there!

I was just wondering if anyone has tried the chrome replacement stylus for the Axim from The Pocket Solutions.

I'm looking to replace the flat stylus that came with my Axim but didn't want to shell out $17 for the chrome stylus without getting more info on it. So, if anyone's tried it, please let me know or if anyone can recommend a replacement, please let me know as well. (I have too many pens already and would rather not use a stylus-pen combo.)

You could try eBay; there were styli being sold in 3-packs for very little and were duplicates of teh Stylus that comes with the Axim. Good luck!

I was actually looking to replace the flat stylus that came with my Axim. But I wasn't ready to spend $17 on another stylus until I could find out more information about it. Thanks!

I've got the chrome stylus coming in a day or two, I'll let you (all) know how I like it.

The little plastic tip fell out of my original stylus and I'm on the hunt for a replacement, too. So...Did you buy the chrome one? If so, what do you think? Has anyone bought the styli on eBay? Seems like only one or two sellers have them.

I lost my only styli and thought I was going to die, so I got on ebay and found the Axim replacements made by Dell- if that is what you want I would search ebay before purchasing from Dell for $15.00 then paying another $5 for shipping. I got mine for $9 and $3 shipping

I understand this (Pocket Solutions Stylus for X3i) is an old topic, but I received this stylus as a gift. Although the additional weight and feel is better for this stylus, it doesn't fit in the PDA well at all (turn your Dell on its side and the stylus slides out of its 'holder').
