"Manufacturer :
Dell
Model :
Axim X51v (Windows Mobile 5.0)
Product :
Go Wi-Fi! P500
NOTE :
While connected in a roaming compatible network environment you may experience a very short disconnection during the roam process from one AP to another.
For the Dell Axim X5x series of supported devices you will need to enable the Odyssey Client to connect to WPA and 802.1x networks with the WiFi Companion software.
For some Windows Mobile 5.0 devices you may receive intermittent device.exe or Dr. Watson errors on the system. We recommend that you disable error reporting.
For some devices running the P500 card and WiFi Companion software, a connection may be falsely reported as having 0% range despite full connectivity and normal range conditions. Hotswapping the card or reconnecting to the AP will resolve this issue.
For devices that already include built in Wi-Fi functionality Socket recommends that you disable or turn off or disable the built in Wi-Fi hardware of the device to reduce interference.
The product is compatible with your device however there are several know bugs or issues with the device. Please see additional compatibility notes."
You may wish to look for updates to your companion software or contact socket for more support.
